Promoting the rights and well-being of every vulnerable child — ensuring they are safe, educated, and given every opportunity to thrive.
Supporting women through vocational skills training, microfinance programs, and entrepreneurship development to end the cycle of poverty.
Providing scholarships, school supplies, and mentorship programs to give disadvantaged children access to quality education and a brighter future.
The Wanume Foundation for Child & Woman Protection (WFCWP) is a non-profit organization founded in 2020, dedicated to transforming the lives of Uganda's most vulnerable and disadvantaged children aged 4 to 18 and women facing social and economic hardships.
From combating child labour through education, to empowering women with vocational skills and promoting gender equality, our programs have made a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve in Jinja, Uganda.
